Heart & Soul Farm began in 2022 with owners Kim and Thomas’ dream of creating a life filled with beauty, creativity and a connection to nature.

 

From tiny seeds carefully nurtured and grown into blooms and dried on the farm and made into everlasting florals, to vintage pieces collected for their beauty, history and charm, everything is chosen with intention.

 

Heart & Soul Farm is built on the belief that beauty doesn’t need to hurry. We celebrate the changing seasons, handmade craftsmanship, old things with a new purpose and the peaceful rhythm of life in the country.
